Henry Lan
M. Psy, Psychological Associate
How I work
My therapeutic approach integrates Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Emotional Processing Therapy to help clients reframe maladaptive thought patterns and develop healthier coping strategies.

Clients describe me as kind, caring, and skilled at helping them see their experiences from new perspectives. My vision for therapy centres on improving quality of life—meeting clients where they are and collaboratively building pathways toward meaningful change.

Who I am
I specialize in trauma-focused assessment and treatment, with particular expertise in PTSD. I have a Master of Psychology Degree in Clinical Psychology from Adler Graduate Professional School and I am authorized by the College of Psychologists and Behaviour Analysts of Ontario (CPBAO) to provide therapy and psychological assessment under the supervision of a registered Psychologist or Psychological Associate.

I work with adults and youth in individual therapy. I also conduct assessment and therapy for motor vehicle accidents, workplace injuries, and other traumas through the Workplace Safety and Insurance Board (WSIB) and Veterans Affairs Canada (VAC). I am a member of the Ontario Psychological Association (OPA) and the Canadian Psychological Association (CPA).
