As an Intake Coordinator, I am often the first point of contact between clients and therapists and I am dedicated to bringing warmth, professionalism and attention to detail to ensure clients find what they are looking for. Whether you are reaching out for the first time or need assistance with ongoing care, I am here to support you.

Grounded in trauma-informed, non-oppressive, and person-centered approaches, I strive to create a space where individuals feel heard, respected, and empowered through their therapeutic journeys. I believe that everybody is a professional of their own life experiences and that meaningful growth starts by meeting people where they are.

Who I am

I hold an Honours Bachelors of Arts degree in Psychology (H.B.A) from York University and I am also a Child and Youth Care Practitioner (CYCP) in the province of Ontario. ​​​
